Hello and welcome to Hap's Corner. At Ideas Expressed, Inc. we are involved
with the production of Interactive Multimedia. Ideas Expressed Inc. has been
involved with this most powerful instructional and presentation tool for 3 years. We
have delivered several instructional titles during this timetable. We have reference
letters to back it up.
If you are interested in our powerful graphics, stimulating sound, action packed video,
animation and scoring integrated into one technology then please read on. We will
discuss major applications and the "bang for the buck" features of Interactive
Multimedia.
For the past 7 years we have been using the computer to produce powerful
graphics used both in advertising pre-press as well as interactive multimedia design
and production.
We are now putting this same valued expertise to work in WWW page layout and
design. We are a unique vertically integrated organization, unlike some who must farm
this work to outside elements......we produce and deliver all your requirements from
within.
WHY INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA?
Economical - Printed media is expensive and becoming more so. The price of
printing and paper has gone up by 60% in the first 8 months of 1995 and another
40% increase to become effective September 1995. A total of 100% increase for
paper in 1995!
Higher Retention - Studies indicate people retain 20% of what they hear, 40% of
what they see and 60-70% in which they participate. Interactive multimedia
accomplishes these goals.
Editing - Editing is easily accomplished with this technology vs. discarding outdated
printed material. or the expense of updating complete videos is eliminated.
Scoring - Detailed scoring, to the keystroke, can be kept during CBT (Computer
Based Training) programs. Information can be saved to a trainees own disk and/or
the data base on the organizations main computer.
Interactively - Unlike printed material, multimedia draws the viewer in to
participation which significantly increases retention.
Animation and Sound - Animation and sound enhances interest levels. Full motion
video can be included.
